[Why & How]
This reverts commit f71d0b68ec58b781f4f44ea642846bedce075e85.
1. Auto-generated Header: The file 'dmub_cmd.h' is an auto-generated header
managed in an external repository (dmu_stg). Manual changes made directly in
this repository will be overwritten and lost during the next automated weekly
synchronization.
2. Tooling Compatibility: This header is governed by internal AMD firmware
standards which require Doxygen formatting for cross-team documentation.
Moving to kernel-doc syntax may break internal documentation pipelines.
3. Suppressing Warnings: Current 'make htmldocs' and 'make W=1' builds
do not actively scan 'dmub_cmd.h' for kernel-doc compliance, thus no warnings
are triggered during standard compilation. To address warnings generated when
manually running './scripts/kernel-doc', we have added a notice at the file
header indicating that this is an auto-generated file that does not strictly
follow kernel-doc formatting. This ensures that any future linting tools or
manual checks recognize the formatting as intentional.

[Why]
Address signed/unsigned comparison warnings across dc paths to keep
builds warning-clean and improve type safety at comparison boundaries.
Most warnings came from signed loop/index temporaries compared against
unsigned counters and table sizes, plus a smaller number of mixed
signed/unsigned clock, bandwidth, and geometry comparisons.
[How]
Aligned loop/index and bound types in the affected modules and DMUB
sources, including color, freesync, power, stats, and vmid paths.
Used unsigned iterators where bounds/counters are unsigned, preserved
signed types where negative values are meaningful, and updated related
format specifiers where type changes required it. Changes are limited to
warning resolution and type alignment.
No functional behavior change is intended.

For enums that have a kernel-doc ("/**") comment block, add or correct
their kernel-doc to eliminate all kernel-doc enum warnings.
Some of these needed "struct" changed to "enum" in the kernel-doc header.
For a few of them, I changed the "/**" comment to a plain "/*"
comment since there was no kernel-doc content there.
Example:
Warning: drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dmub/inc/dmub_cmd.h:2673 Enum value 'FAMS2_ALLOW_DELAY_CHECK_NONE' not described in enum 'dmub_fams2_allow_delay_check_mode'
Warning: drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dmub/inc/dmub_cmd.h:2673 Enum value 'FAMS2_ALLOW_DELAY_CHECK_FROM_START' not described in enum 'dmub_fams2_allow_delay_check_mode'
Warning: drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dmub/inc/dmub_cmd.h:2673 Enum value 'FAMS2_ALLOW_DELAY_CHECK_FROM_PREPARE' not described in enum 'dmub_fams2_allow_delay_check_mode'
All .o files are the same with or without this patch.

Resolve compiler warnings by marking unused parameters explicitly.
[How]
In .c and .h files, keep parameter names in signatures and add a
line with`(void)param;` inside the function body
Preserved function signatures and avoids breaking code paths that
may reference the parameter under conditional compilation.

Fix Conversion that might result in a loss of data warnings in dmub/src/:
- dmub_dcn20/31/32/35/42/60/401.c: Add ASSERT(value <= 0xFF) and
explicit (uint8_t) cast when storing REG_GET results into uint8_t
debug struct fields. Add != 0 for bool assignments from uint32_t
bitfield reads.
- dmub_reg.c: Cast va_arg shift value to uint8_t with ASSERT guard
before passing to set_reg_field_value_masks().
- dmub_srv.c: Widen num_pending to uint64_t to match uint64_t
arithmetic; use != 0 for bool assignments from unsigned expressions.

[Why]
We require an interlock between driver and firmware for upcoming
features and given that this could possibly happen on any single
cursor programming call (and that we can't asynchronously wait for
firmware to respond because of it) we'd be regressing cursor performance
by at least an extra 40us per call.
When we could possibly have cursor update every 20us - 100s from high
frequency gaming mice this means that we'd be stuttering or dropping
updates and impacting overall cursor performance.
We want a solution that can:
1. Interlock between other firmware features
2. Not stall out or require the DMCUB lock for every single update
[How]
When cursor offloading is enabled and supported by an ASIC driver will
route the cursor programming through to DMU as part of the regular
DC stream cursor programming interfaces for attributes and position.
The atomic pipe programming version will not be updated: this will still
follow the existing programming path by keeping track of a field that
specifies when the register writes should be deferred to DMU.
Cursor locking is not required when cursor offload is in progress since
the updates are consolidated and processed by DMU once at the end
of the frame in a periodic manner.
The shared buffer the firmware queries from is allocated along with the
rest of the scratch state region in an area that's accessible by
both firmware and driver.
The size of the cursor offload (v1) state will not change, but it does
have a unique union per ASIC version with room for expansion if needed.
When firmware features notifying DMU of DRR updates are not enabled we
now send an explicit vtotal min/max update via driver to DMU firmware
whenever the vtotal max changes. This is to allow the cursor programming
to determine the appropriate latch update point offset from vupdate.

[Why&How]
We need to inform DMUB whether fast sync in ultra sleep mode is supported,
so that it can disable desync error detection when the it is not enabled.
This helps prevent unexpected desync errors when transitioning out of
ultra sleep mode.
Add fast sync in ultra sleep mode field in replay copy setting command.
