selftests/coredump: declare the thread pidfd helpers
This belongs into the merge of vfs-7.4.shared.net-next.pidfd into
vfs.all:
b2ccf37ef9fd ("Merge branch 'vfs-7.4.shared.net-next.pidfd' into vfs.all")
vfs-7.4.coredump moved the helper declarations from coredump_test.h into
the new coredump_test_helpers.h. vfs-7.4.shared.net-next.pidfd adds
crashing_child_thread() and get_peer_pidfd_thread() and declares them in
coredump_test.h. The conflict resolution dropped both declarations, so
coredump_socket_test.c fails to build with implicit declarations of
these two functions. Declare them in coredump_test_helpers.h with the
rest.
