nullfs: pass const mnt_idmap to ->setattr()
This belongs into the merge of vfs-7.4.mount into vfs.all:
2c22cca12e7a ("Merge branch 'vfs-7.4.mount' into vfs.all")
vfs-7.4.idmap changed ->setattr() to take a const struct mnt_idmap and
vfs-7.4.mount adds nullfs_file_setattr() with the old signature. So the
merge of the two fails to build in every config because of
-Werror=incompatible-pointer-types. Neither branch can carry the fix on
its own, so it needs to be done in the merge.
