bfs: remove leftover dir.c
This belongs into the merge of vfs-7.4.idmap into vfs.all:
bacd3badf16b ("Merge branch 'vfs-7.4.idmap' into vfs.all")
bfs is removed in e36781a626b2 ("bfs: remove the filesystem") while
vfs-7.4.idmap ports fs/bfs/dir.c to the const mnt_idmap callbacks. The
modify/delete conflict was resolved by keeping fs/bfs/dir.c. Nothing
builds it anymore so it doesn't break the build but it has to go.
