Pull drm updates from Dave Airlie:
"There's a lot of rework, the panic helper support is being added to
more drivers, v3d gets support for HW superpages, scheduler
documentation, drm client and video aperture reworks, some new
MAINTAINERS added, amdgpu has the usual lots of IP refactors, Intel
has some Pantherlake enablement and xe is getting some SRIOV bits, but
just lots of stuff everywhere.

eb284f4b3781 drm/nouveau/dp: Honor GSP link training retry timeouts
tried to fix a problem with panel retires, however it appears
the auxch also needs the same treatment, so add the same retry
wrapper around it.
This fixes some eDP panels after a suspend/resume cycle.

The upper layer transfer functions expect EBUSY as a return
for when retries should be done.
Fix the AUX error translation, but also check for both errors
in a few places.

When this code moved to non-coherent allocator the sync was put too
early for some firmwares which called the setup function, move the
sync down after the setup function.

The goal is to clean-up Linux repository from AUX file names, because
the use of such file names is prohibited on other operating systems
such as Windows, so the Linux repository cannot be cloned and
edited on them.

init() was removed from ramgp102 when reworking the memory detection, as
it was thought that the code was only necessary when the driver performs
mclk changes, which nouveau doesn't support on pascal.
However, it turns out that we still need to execute this on some GPUs to
restore settings after DEVINIT, so revert to the original behaviour.

In nvkm_device_tegra_probe_iommu(), a paging domain is allocated for @dev
and attached to it on success. Use iommu_paging_domain_alloc() to make it
explicit.

Fix this by using the non-coherent allocator instead, I think there
might be a better answer to this, but it involve ripping up some of
APIs using sg lists.

There's no good reason the ioremap() that results from nvif_object_map()
should fail, so add a check that the map succeeded, and remove the rd/wr
methods from display channel objects.
As this was the last user of rd/wr methods, the nvif plumbing is removed
at the same time.

These were once used by used by userspace tools (with nvkm built as a
library), to access multiple GPUs from a single nvif_client.
The DRM code just uses the driver's default device, so remove the
arguments.

This was once used by userspace tools (with nvkm built as a library), as
a way to select a "default device".
The DRM code doesn't need this at all as clients only have access to a
single device already, so inherit the value from its parent.

These were a cludge used to prevent userspace's nvif ioctl from
accessing objects created by the kernel for the same client.
That interface was removed in a previous patch, so these are no
longer useful for anything.

This has never really been used for anything, in part due to never
having reclocking stable enough in general to attempt to implement
dynamic clock changes based on load, etc.
To avoid having to rework its interfaces, remove it entirely.

Currently we allocate all 3 levels of radix3 page tables using
nvkm_gsp_mem_ctor(), which uses dma_alloc_coherent() for allocating all of
the relevant memory. This can end up failing in scenarios where the system
has very high memory fragmentation, and we can't find enough contiguous
memory to allocate level 2 of the page table.
Currently, this can result in runtime PM issues on systems where memory
fragmentation is high - as we'll fail to allocate the page table for our
suspend/resume buffer:

Luckily, we don't actually need to allocate coherent memory for the page
table thanks to being able to pass the GPU a radix3 page table for
suspend/resume data. So, let's rewrite nvkm_gsp_radix3_sg() to use the sg
allocator for level 2. We continue using coherent allocations for lvl0 and
1, since they only take a single page.

We hit this when trying to initialize firmware of type
NVKM_FIRMWARE_IMG_DMA because we allocate our memory with
dma_alloc_coherent, and DMA allocations can't be turned back into memory
pages - which a scatterlist needs in order to map them.
So, fix this by allocating the memory with vmalloc instead().

Add the NVreg_RegistryDwords command line parameter, which allows
specifying additional registry keys to be sent to GSP-RM. This
allows additional configuration, debugging, and experimentation
with GSP-RM, which uses these keys to alter its behavior.
Note that these keys are passed as-is to GSP-RM, and Nouveau does
not parse them. This is in contrast to the Nvidia driver, which may
parse some of the keys to configure some functionality in concert with
GSP-RM. Therefore, any keys which also require action by the driver
may not function correctly when passed by Nouveau. Caveat emptor.
The name and format of NVreg_RegistryDwords is the same as used by
the Nvidia driver, to maintain compatibility.

Adding any sort of useful debug usually makes it go away, so I hand
wrote the function in a line, and debugged the asm.
Every so often pt->memory->ptrs is NULL. This ptrs ptr is set in
the nv50_instobj_acquire called from nvkm_kmap.
If Thread A and Thread B both get to nv50_instobj_acquire around
the same time, and Thread A hits the refcount_set line, and in
lockstep thread B succeeds at refcount_inc_not_zero, there is a
chance the ptrs value won't have been stored since refcount_set
is unordered. Force a memory barrier here, I picked smp_mb, since
we want it on all CPUs and it's write followed by a read.

This reverts:
nouveau/gsp: don't check devinit disable on GSP.
and applies a further fix.
It turns out the open gpu driver, checks this register,
but only for display.
Match that behaviour and in the turing path only disable
the display block. (ampere already only does displays).

Using the end of rpc->entries[] for addressing runs into both compile-time
and run-time detection of accessing beyond the end of the array. Use the
base pointer instead, since was allocated with the additional bytes for
storing the strings. Avoids the following warning in future GCC releases
with support for __counted_by:

I've recently been seeing some unexplained GSP errors on my RTX 6000 from
failed aux transactions:

While the cause of these is not yet clear, these messages made me notice
that the aux transactions causing these transactions were succeeding - not
failing. As it turns out, this is because we're currently not returning the
correct variable when r535_dp_aux_xfer() hits an error - causing us to
never propagate GSP errors for failed aux transactions to userspace.
So, let's fix that.

It appears the client object tree has no locking unless I've missed
something else. Fix races around adding/removing client objects,
mostly vram bar mappings.
