ACPI: Let ACPI know we support Generic Initiator Affinity Structures

This patch sets the relevant OSC bit to make that happen. Signed-off-by: Jonathan Cameron <Jonathan.Cameron@huawei.com> Signed-off-by: Rafael J. Wysocki <rafael.j.wysocki@intel.com>
