smb: client: drop redundant nls_table arg from setup_ntlmv2_rsp()
The nls codepage passed to setup_ntlmv2_rsp() is always ses->local_nls,
which is never NULL, so derive it from @ses and drop both the parameter
and the now-dead NULL check.
