drm/amd/display: Fix KUnit helper warnings
[WHY]
The real connector fixture lacks atomic state callbacks required by
DRM connector initialization.
[HOW]
Install the DRM atomic connector duplicate and destroy state helpers
alongside the existing reset callback.
