drm/amd/display: refresh cached HDMI FreeSync state
When an HDMI sink re-reports an EDID without an AMD VSDB, get_amd_vsdb() returns false but the connector's cached vsdb_info was previously updated only on success. A previous FreeSync-capable EDID could therefore leave freesync_supported set and keep selecting the FreeSync SPD path instead of the HDMI VRR VTEM path. Refresh the cached VSDB record for every HDMI EDID update so a missing AMD VSDB clears stale FreeSync state. Keep the existing SPD/VTEM packet separation and protocol-selection logic unchanged.
