docs: kernel-parameters: Drop the edac_report= entry
edac_report= became the edac_core.edac_report module parameter with
commit fee27d7d9788 ("EDAC: Delete edac_stub.c") and went away with
commit 7fc0b9b995f2 ("EDAC: Drop the EDAC report status checks");
nothing parses it any more.
Drop the entry.
