KVM: arm64: Convert HCR_xyz to HCR_EL2_xyz

Bulk convert all usages of HCR_xyz to HCR_EL2_xyz (the autogenerated
version) using the following proof that I can't write shell scripts:

awk 'match($3, /__HCR.*/) { print $2}' arch/arm64/include/asm/kvm_arm.h |
  while read i; do
    j=$(echo $i | sed -e "s/HCR_\(.*\)/\1/");
    git grep -lw $i arch/arm64/ | xargs sed -i -e "s/\b$i\b/HCR_EL2_$j/g";
  done

... and fixup the result.
