xen: use get_user()/put_user() in gntdev and privcmd
gntdev_copy() updates per-segment status words with __get_user() and __put_user(). privcmd writes back mmap batch errors and the resource frame count with __put_user(). The pointers were validated earlier, away from the accesses: by a copy_from_user() of the enclosing structure, or by an access_ok() on the whole array before a callback walks it. Each access enables and disables user access on its own anyway, so the separation saves nothing. Use get_user() and put_user(). This is part of getting rid of __get_user() and __put_user() entirely.
