drm/amdgpu: rename amdgpu_vmid_mgr to amdgpu_kq_vmid_mgr
amdgpu_vmid_mgr is really the per-VMHUB structure used for VMIDs handed
out to kernel queues only, not to user queues. Rename it to
amdgpu_kq_vmid_mgr to make that unambiguous.
