powerpc/powernv: use get_user()/put_user() in the LPC debugfs files
lpc_debug_read() and lpc_debug_write() check the user buffer with
access_ok() once and then move it one access at a time with
__put_user() or __get_user(), with an OPAL call in between each. Each
of those accesses opens and closes user access on its own, so the
up-front check saves nothing.
Use put_user() and get_user(). The access_ok() stays, so a bad buffer
still fails before any LPC cycle is done.
This is part of getting rid of __get_user() and __put_user() entirely.
