dma_alloc_coherent() allocates the DMA buffer with the device's addressing
limitation in mind; the DMA core picks the zone from the device's coherent
DMA mask and ignores GFP_DMA passed by the caller. Remove the redundant

The decoder writes a whole canvas of ALIGN(width, 32) x ALIGN(height, 32)
(amvdec_set_canvases()) and reports bytesperline = ALIGN(width, 32), but
get_output_size() derives sizeimage from the raw width x height.
When the width is not a multiple of 32 the planes are too small for the
advertised stride: for 720x360 NV12M the luma plane is 262144 bytes while
736 * 360 = 264960 are needed (282624 for the canvas the firmware fills).
The decoder writes past the buffer, and importing the capture dma-buf
into DRM fails: drmModeAddFB2() returns -EINVAL, so e.g. Kodi plays the
sound over a black screen. 1280x720 and 1920x1080 are not affected.
Size the planes from the aligned canvas the hardware actually uses.
Tested on an S905X (GXL p212) board with LibreELEC 12 (6.16.0-rc3):
720x360 and 1920x1080 H.264 play through V4L2 m2m + DRM PRIME with no
AddFB2 errors.

tegra20_channel_host1x_syncpt_init() requests two host1x syncpoints. It
stored the first one (mw ack) into chan->mw_ack_sp[0] and only then
requested the second one (frame start). If the second request failed the
function returned without releasing the first syncpoint, leaking it: the
caller tegra_channel_init() bails out with a bare "return ret" on a
syncpt init failure and does not run its free_syncpts error path (that
path only covers failures after syncpoint init has fully succeeded), and
the channel is subsequently torn down via the kfree()-only path, so
nothing ever releases the orphaned syncpoint.
Release the already-acquired syncpoint on the error path, and only
publish the syncpoints into the channel once both have been successfully
requested, so chan->mw_ack_sp[0] never holds a released handle. This
matches the handling in tegra210_channel_host1x_syncpt_init().

The Greybus Arche Platform driver depends on the config options
USB_HSIC_USB3613 or COMPILE_TEST. USB_HSIC_USB3613 has never existed in
mainline Linux, and COMPILE_TEST is intended to enable the compilation
of drivers on platforms that can't support them to improve code
coverage and ease testing of trivial or tree-wide changes. Therefore,
it is impossible for anyone to be using this driver with unmodified
mainline kernels. Remove it and move the former maintainer to the
CREDITS file.

Resetting saved termios state on device registration is needed where a
minor number can be reused for an entirely different device and where
the old settings may prevent the port from even being opened (e.g. when
CLOCAL is not set).
Not all TTY drivers guarantee that the minor number is no longer in use
when registering devices however, something which can lead to a
use-after-free when closing a TTY (and saving its termios) races with
re-registration.
Add a new TTY_DRIVER_RESET_SAVED_TERMIOS flag to request that any saved
termios state is reset on registration and only set it for drivers that
make sure that the minor number is no longer in use.
