validate_hmac_cipher_null() compares the computed and received HMAC
with memcmp(), which short-circuits on the first differing byte and
leaks tag-match length via timing. Use crypto_memneq() instead.
Because for cipher_null the validated payload is un-encrypted, this
valid prefix leak allows for authenticated message forgery.

mv_cesa_put_sram() is called explicitly from both the probe error path
and mv_cesa_remove(). The non-pool ioremap is already devm-managed, but
dma_map_resource() and gen_pool_dma_alloc() have no devm helpers, so the
mapping is released by hand. This is error-prone: the error path iterates
over every engine and can dma_unmap_resource() an uninitialized/zero
address for engines that were never set up.
Convert the teardown into a devm_add_action_or_reset() callback registered
only after a mapping is successfully established. The callback fires
automatically on probe failure (devres rollback) and on device detach,
after mv_cesa_remove() has already stopped the engine and freed the IRQ,
so the unmap still happens in a safe order. This deletes the explicit
mv_cesa_put_sram() calls and the uninitialized-engine bug at once.
Add a struct mv_cesa_dev back-pointer to struct mv_cesa_engine so the
callback can reach cesa->dev and cesa->sram_size from the engine alone.

Instead of zero-initializing the temporary buffer and then copying into
it with strscpy(), use strscpy_pad() to copy the string and zero-pad any
trailing bytes. Drop the explicit size argument to further simplify the
code since strscpy_pad() can determine it automatically when the
destination buffer has a fixed length.
Also use strscpy_pad() to check for string truncation instead of the
hard-coded OTX_CPT_UCODE_NAME_LENGTH.

By convention MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() immediately follows the ID table it

This converts some of the visually simpler cases that have been split
over multiple lines. I only did the ones that are easy to verify the
resulting diff by having just that final GFP_KERNEL argument on the next
line.
Somebody should probably do a proper coccinelle script for this, but for
me the trivial script actually resulted in an assertion failure in the
middle of the script. I probably had made it a bit _too_ trivial.
So after fighting that far a while I decided to just do some of the
syntactically simpler cases with variations of the previous 'sed'
scripts.
The more syntactically complex multi-line cases would mostly really want
whitespace cleanup anyway.

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using
git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'
to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.
Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.
For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:
Single allocations: kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)
Array allocations: kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)
Flex array allocations: kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)
(where TYPE may also be *VAR)
The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

OTX_CPT_UCODE_NAME_LENGTH limits the microcode name to 64 bytes. If a
user writes a string of exactly 64 characters, the original code used
'strlen(buf) > 64' to check the length, but then strscpy() copies only
63 characters before adding a NUL terminator, silently truncating the
copied string.
Fix this off-by-one error by using 'count' directly for the length check
to ensure long names are rejected early and copied without truncation.

Pull networking updates from Jakub Kicinski:
"Core & protocols:
- Replace busylock at the Tx queuing layer with a lockless list.
Resulting in a 300% (4x) improvement on heavy TX workloads, sending
twice the number of packets per second, for half the cpu cycles.
- Allow constantly busy flows to migrate to a more suitable CPU/NIC
queue.
Normally we perform queue re-selection when flow comes out of idle,
but under extreme circumstances the flows may be constantly busy.
Add sysctl to allow periodic rehashing even if it'd risk packet
reordering.
- Optimize the NAPI skb cache, make it larger, use it in more paths.
- Attempt returning Tx skbs to the originating CPU (like we already
did for Rx skbs).
- Various data structure layout and prefetch optimizations from Eric.
- Remove ktime_get() from the recvmsg() fast path, ktime_get() is
sadly quite expensive on recent AMD machines.
- Extend threaded NAPI polling to allow the kthread busy poll for
packets.
- Make MPTCP use Rx backlog processing. This lowers the lock
pressure, improving the Rx performance.
- Support memcg accounting of MPTCP socket memory.
- Allow admin to opt sockets out of global protocol memory accounting
(using a sysctl or BPF-based policy). The global limits are a poor
fit for modern container workloads, where limits are imposed using
cgroups.
- Improve heuristics for when to kick off AF_UNIX garbage collection.
- Allow users to control TCP SACK compression, and default to 33% of
RTT.
- Add tcp_rcvbuf_low_rtt sysctl to let datacenter users avoid
unnecessarily aggressive rcvbuf growth and overshot when the
connection RTT is low.
- Preserve skb metadata space across skb_push / skb_pull operations.
- Support for IPIP encapsulation in the nftables flowtable offload.
- Support appending IP interface information to ICMP messages (RFC
5837).
- Support setting max record size in TLS (RFC 8449).
- Remove taking rtnl_lock from RTM_GETNEIGHTBL and RTM_SETNEIGHTBL.
- Use a dedicated lock (and RCU) in MPLS, instead of rtnl_lock.
- Let users configure the number of write buffers in SMC.
- Add new struct sockaddr_unsized for sockaddr of unknown length,
from Kees.
- Some conversions away from the crypto_ahash API, from Eric Biggers.
- Some preparations for slimming down struct page.
- YAML Netlink protocol spec for WireGuard.
- Add a tool on top of YAML Netlink specs/lib for reporting commonly
computed derived statistics and summarized system state.
Driver API:
- Add CAN XL support to the CAN Netlink interface.
- Add uAPI for reporting PHY Mean Square Error (MSE) diagnostics, as
defined by the OPEN Alliance's "Advanced diagnostic features for
100BASE-T1 automotive Ethernet PHYs" specification.
- Add DPLL phase-adjust-gran pin attribute (and implement it in
zl3073x).
- Refactor xfrm_input lock to reduce contention when NIC offloads
IPsec and performs RSS.
- Add info to devlink params whether the current setting is the
default or a user override. Allow resetting back to default.
- Add standard device stats for PSP crypto offload.
- Leverage DSA frame broadcast to implement simple HSR frame
duplication for a lot of switches without dedicated HSR offload.
- Add uAPI defines for 1.6Tbps link modes.
Device drivers:
- Add Motorcomm YT921x gigabit Ethernet switch support.
- Add MUCSE driver for N500/N210 1GbE NIC series.
- Convert drivers to support dedicated ops for timestamping control,
and away from the direct IOCTL handling. While at it support GET
operations for PHY timestamping.
- Add (and convert most drivers to) a dedicated ethtool callback for
reading the Rx ring count.
- Significant refactoring efforts in the STMMAC driver, which
supports Synopsys turn-key MAC IP integrated into a ton of SoCs.

Allow devlink_param::get() handlers to report error messages via
extack. This function is called in a few different contexts, but not
all of them will have an valid extack to use.
When devlink_param::get() is called from param_get_doit or
param_get_dumpit contexts, pass the extack through so that drivers can
report errors when retrieving param values. devlink_param::get() is
called from the context of devlink_param_notify(), pass NULL in for
the extack.

In otx2_cpt_dl_custom_egrp_create(), strscpy() is called with the length
of the source string rather than the size of the destination buffer.
This is fine as long as the destination buffer is larger than the source
string, but we should still use the destination buffer size instead to
call strscpy() as intended. And since 'tmp_buf' is a fixed-size buffer,
we can safely omit the size argument and let strscpy() infer it using
sizeof().

Number of RVU PFs on CN20K silicon have increased to 96 from maximum
of 32 that were supported on earlier silicons. Every RVU PF and VF is
identified by HW using a 16bit PF_FUNC value. Due to the change in
Max number of PFs in CN20K, the bit encoding of this PF_FUNC has changed.
This patch handles the change by using helper functions(using silicon
check) to use PF,VF masks and shifts to support both new silicon CN20K,
OcteonTx series. These helper functions are used in different modules.
Also moved the NIX AF register offset macros to other files which
will be posted in coming patches.

for asymmetric algorithms (only AE engines in this group), one for the

octeontx2 crypto driver allocates memory using kmalloc/kzalloc,
and uses this memory for dma (does dma_map_single()). It assumes

octeontx2 crypto driver allocates memory using kmalloc/kzalloc,
and uses this memory for dma (does dma_map_single()). It assumes
that kmalloc/kzalloc will return 128-byte aligned address. But
kmalloc/kzalloc returns 8-byte aligned address after below changes:
"9382bc44b5f5 arm64: allow kmalloc() caches aligned to the
smaller cache_line_size()
Memory allocated are used for following purpose:
- Input data or scatter list address - 8-Byte alignment
- Output data or gather list address - 8-Byte alignment
- Completion address - 32-Byte alignment.
This patch ensures all addresses are aligned as mentioned above.

This driver tries to chain requests together before submitting them
to hardware in order to reduce completion interrupts.
However, it even extends chains that have already been submitted
to hardware. This is dangerous because there is no way of knowing
whether the hardware has already read the DMA memory in question
or not.
Fix this by splitting the chain list into two. One for submitted
requests and one for requests that have not yet been submitted.
Only extend the latter.

Current driver uses static LMTST region allocated by firmware.
Firmware allocated memory for LMTST is available in PF/VF BAR2.
Using this memory have performance impact as this is mapped as
device memory. There is another option to allocate contiguous
memory at run time and map this in LMT MAP table with the
help of AF driver. With this patch dynamic allocated memory
is used for LMTST.

Function otx2_cptlf_set_dev_info() initializes common
fields of cptlfs data-struct. This function is called
every time a cptlf is initialized but this needs be done
once for a cptlf block. So this initialization is moved
to early device probe code to avoid redundant initialization.

Any driver that needs these library functions should already be selecting
the corresponding Kconfig symbols, so there is no real point in making
these visible.
The original patch that made these user selectable described problems
with drivers failing to select the code they use, but for consistency
it's better to always use 'select' on a symbol than to mix it with
'depends on'.

Replace ternary (condition ? "enable" : "disable") syntax with helpers
from string_choices.h because:
1. Simple function call with one argument is easier to read. Ternary
operator has three arguments and with wrapping might lead to quite
long code.
2. Is slightly shorter thus also easier to read.
3. It brings uniformity in the text - same string.
4. Allows deduping by the linker, which results in a smaller binary
file.
