drivers: Kconfig: Simplify dependencies on ARM64 && !CPU_BIG_ENDIAN
Now that arm64 no longer supports a big-endian kernel, simplify some
driver Kconfig entries so that the dependency on a little-endian kernel
no longer needs to be called out explicitly.
