tools/testing/vma: expand VMA merge tests to assert virt pgoff
Now we have introduced the VMA virtual page offset attribute and update it
when VMAs are manipulated, update VMA merge tests to assert that the
virtual page offset is as expected.
Also update instances where we could use vma_start_pgoff() to do so.
