mfd: Support for ROHM BD73800 PMIC core
The BD73800 integrates regulators, ADC (intended for accumulating current /
voltage / power values), a real-time clock (RTC), clock gate and GPIOs.
Add core support for ROHM BD73800 Power Management IC.
