dmaengine: sh: rcar-dmac: SMMU doesn't need IPMMU workaround
R-Car Gen5 doesn't use an IPMMU anymore, but a SMMU. So, the workaround
for the IPMMU becomes optional. Add a flag to distinguish. No functional
change.
