firewire: core: add kerneldoc for inbound transaction-related symbols
The core provides helper functions and structures for handling transaction requests to local address regions. Add kerneldoc comments for these symbols. Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20261013111509.612518-3-o-takashi@sakamocchi.jp Signed-off-by: Takashi Sakamoto <o-takashi@sakamocchi.jp>
