fuse: use "vdax" naming for virtiofs DAX
We are introducing DAX functionality largely unrelated to the virtiofs
code. Rename dax -> vdax for the virtiofs case for clarity.
Also rename CONFIG_FUSE_DAX -> CONFIG_FUSE_VDAX.
