gfs2: Rename gfs2_{withdrawing_or_ => }withdrawn
With delayed withdraws and the SDF_WITHDRAWING flag gone, we can now rename gfs2_withdrawing_or_withdrawn() back to gfs2_withdrawn(). Signed-off-by: Andreas Gruenbacher <agruenba@redhat.com>
