drm/amd/display: Add SPDX license identifier to dcn30_dpp_cm.c
[Why&How]
dcn30_dpp_cm.c carries the full MIT license text but no SPDX tag. Add
the SPDX-License-Identifier line so the file matches the rest of the
tree.
