During suspend/resume process all connectors are explicitly disabled and
then reenabled. However resume fails because of the connector_status check:
[dpu error]connector not connected 3
[drm:drm_mode_config_helper_resume [drm_kms_helper]] *ERROR* Failed to resume (-22)
It doesn't make sense to check for the Writeback connected status (and
other drivers don't perform such check), so drop the check.
It wasn't a problem before the commit 71174f362d67 ("drm/msm/dpu: move
writeback's atomic_check to dpu_writeback.c"), since encoder's
atomic_check() is called under a different conditions that the
connector's atomic_check() (e.g. it is not called if there is no
connected CRTC or if the corresponding connector is not a part of the
new state).

dpu_encoder_phys_wb is the only user of encoder's atomic_check callback.
Move corresponding checks to drm_writeback_connector's implementation
and drop the dpu_encoder_phys_wb_atomic_check() function.

Because of the possilble failure of devm_kzalloc(), dpu_wb_conn might
be NULL and will cause null pointer dereference later.
Therefore, it might be better to check it and directly return -ENOMEM.

drm_crtc.h has no need for drm_edid.h, so don't include it.
Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when
touching drm_edid.h.
Quite a few placs do currently depend on drm_edid.h without
actually including it directly. All of those need to be fixed
up.

As explained in [1], using max_linewidth to limit the modes
does not seem to remove 4K modes on chipsets such as
sm8250 where the max_linewidth actually supports 4k.
This would have been alright if dual SSPP support was
present but otherwise fails the per SSPP bandwidth check.
The ideal way to implement this would be to filter out
the modes which will exceed the bandwidth check by computing
it.
But this would be an exhaustive solution till we have
dual SSPP support.
Let's instead use max_mixer_width to limit the modes.
max_mixer_width still remains 2560 on sm8250 so even if
the max_linewidth is 4096, the only way 4k modes could have
been supported is to have source split enabled on the SSPP.
Since source split support is not enabled yet in DPU driver,
enforce max_mixer_width as the upper limit on the modes.

Writeback modes were being added according to mode_config.max_width
but this is assigned to double of max_mixer_width.
For compositors/clients using a single SSPP, this will fail
the dpu_plane's atomic check as it checks for max_linewidth.
Limit writeback modes according to max_linewidth to allow
even compositors/clients which use only a single SSPP to
use writeback.

Introduce the dpu_writeback module which serves as the
interface between dpu operations and the drm_writeback.
This module manages the connector related operations for
dpu writeback.
changes in v2:
- start using drm_writeback_connector_init_with_encoder()
- drop unnecessary arguments from dpu_writeback_init()
- rebase on msm-next tip and remove usage of priv->connectors
changes in v3:
- none
changes in v4:
- none
changes in v5:
- store the drm_enc in the dpu_wb_conn to be used while
using dpu_encoder APIs
