In preparation for the re-introduction of the Exynos4212, move
their shared definitions to a separate file. Rename the pinctrl
definitions accordingly, and adapt the Exynos4412 DTSI to these
changes.
This reverts part of commit bca9085e0ae9 ("ARM: dts: exynos:
remove Exynos4212 support (dead code)").

The DT schema expect pin configuration nodes to have pin prefix or
suffix:
exynos4412-trats2.dtb: pinctrl@3860000: sleep-state: 'gpz-0', 'gpz-1', 'gpz-2', 'gpz-3', 'gpz-4', 'gpz-5', 'gpz-6'
do not match any of the regexes: '^(pin-[a-z0-9-]+|[a-z0-9-]+-pin)$', 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

The DTS uses hardware register values directly in pin controller pin
configuration. These are not some IDs or other abstraction layer but
raw numbers used in the registers.
These numbers were previously put in the bindings header to avoid code
duplication and to provide some context meaning (name), but they do not
fit the purpose of bindings.
Store the constants in a header next to DTS and use them instead of
bindings.

Define pinctrl labels in exynos4412.dtsi and use them in
exynos4412-pinctrl.dtsi, as it is done in other Exynos DTSes.

Convert all hex addresses in node unit addresses to lower case to fix warnings
like:
arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos5422-odroidhc1.dtb: Warning (simple_bus_reg):
Node /soc/nocp@10CA1000 simple-bus unit address format error, expected "10ca1000"
Conversion was done using sed:
$ sed -e 's/@\([a-zA-Z0-9_-]*\) {/@\L\1 {/' -i arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos*.dts*

Fix dtc warnings for 'simple_bus_reg' due to leading 0s. Converted using
the following command:
perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find arch/arm/boot/dts -type -f -name '*.dts*'
Dropped changes to ARM, Ltd. boards LED nodes and manually fixed up some
occurrences of uppercase hex.

There are no Exynos4212 based boards in mainline, so there is no need to
keep additional files for SoCs, which are never used. This patch removes
support for Exynos4212 SoCs and moves previously shared Exynos4412
definitions to a single file to simplify future maintenance.
