libbpf: Fix some typos in comments
Fix some spelling errors in the code comments of libbpf:
betwen -> between
paremeters -> parameters
knowning -> knowing
definiton -> definition
compatiblity -> compatibility
overriden -> overridden
occured -> occurred
proccess -> process
managment -> management
nessary -> necessary
