this is a pull request of 4 patches for net-next/master.
The first patch is by Yang Li and converts the ctucanfd driver to
devm_platform_ioremap_resource().
The last 3 patches are by Frank Jungclaus, target the esd_usb driver
and contains preparations for the upcoming support of the esd
CAN-USB/3 hardware.
