powerpc: On POWERNV enable PPC_DENORMALISATION by default
commit 4e90a2a7375e86827541bda9393414c03e7721c6 upstream.
We want PPC_DENORMALISATION enabled when POWERNV is enabled,
so update the Kconfig.
