So let's move the module patching part of that from generic code into arch/mips, and drop it from the others. This is the common case by far, as only MIPS requires NOP patching at init time. On all other architectures, the correct encodings are emitted by the compiler and so no initial patching is needed. This could lead to a loss of lock_type and hence an incorrect report. Given the relative rarity of both local_lock and these annotations, this is unlikely to happen in practise, still, best fix things.
