SPI devices use the spi_device_id for module autoloading even on
systems using device tree, after commit 5fa6863ba692 ("spi: Check
we have a spi_device_id for each DT compatible"), kernel warns as
follows since the spi_device_id is missing:
SPI driver mse102x has no spi_device_id for vertexcom,mse1021
SPI driver mse102x has no spi_device_id for vertexcom,mse1022
Add spi_device_id entries to silence the warnings, and ensure driver
module autoloading works.

Since commit
baebdf48c3600 ("net: dev: Makes sure netif_rx() can be invoked in any context.")
the function netif_rx() can be used in preemptible/thread context as
well as in interrupt context.
Use netif_rx().

The value returned by an spi driver's remove function is mostly ignored.
(Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the
error is ignored.)
So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to
return 0 before.

This reverts commit 6bf950a8ff72920340dfdec93c18bd3f5f35de6a.
To align with other vendors, NET_VENDOR configs are supposed to be ON by
default, while their drivers should default to OFF.

Sorry for being rude but new vendors/drivers are supposed to be disabled
by default, otherwise we will have to manually keep track of all vendors
we are not interested in building.
