The remaining drivers are mostly platform drivers. Name the
dir to reflect it.
It makes sense to latter break it into a few other dirs.

One of the OLPC changes lost a little in its translation to mainline,
leading to build errors on the ARM architecture. Remove the offending
line, and all will be well.

We still need to power up the controller to avoid unsightly self-immolation
should something try to access its registers, but the sensor can stay
powered down unless the camera was actually operating at suspend time.
This gets rid of the camera LED flash on resume, fixing OLPC bug #11644.

Somehow I didn't ever quite get around to implementing suspend/resume on
the MMP2 platform; this patch fixes that little oversight. A bit of core
work was necessary to do the right thing in the s/g DMA case.

If registration does not work, we don't want to leave the sensor powered on.

Scatter/gather DMA mode works nicely on this platform and is clearly the
best way of doing things.

The core driver can now operate in either vmalloc or dma-contig modes;
obviously the latter is preferable when it is supported. Default is
currently vmalloc on all platforms; load the module with buffer_mode=1 for
contiguous DMA mode.

Now we have a camera working over the marvell cam controller core. It
works like the cafe driver and has all the same limitations, contiguous DMA
only being one of them. But it's a start.
