Casting the return value which is a void pointer is redundant.
The conversion from void pointer to any other pointer type is
guaranteed by the C programming language.

The m2m-deinterlace, mem2mem_testdev and mx2_emmaprp drivers didn't set
the v4l2_dev pointer in struct video_device, even though a v4l2_device was
registered correctly. These days this v4l2_dev pointer must be set correctly,
so this patch adds that for these three drivers.

While testing v4l2-ctl I noticed that this m2m driver didn't set timestamp_type
and that it spammed the kernel log with debug messages. Set timestamp_type
correctly and add debug module option to enable debug messages.

v4l2_m2m_release() was placed after the return statement and outside
any of the goto labels and hence was not getting executed under the
error exit path. This patch moves it under the exit path label.

queue_init() is always called by v4l2_m2m_ctx_init(), which allocates
a context struct v4l2_m2m_ctx with kzalloc.
Therefore, there is no need to clear vb2_queue src/dst structs.

We recently added locking to this function, but there was an error path
which accidentally returned holding a lock. Also we returned zero on
failure on some paths instead of the error code.
