2024-11-16irqchip/riscv-aplic: Prevent crash when MSI domain is missingSamuel Holland
If the APLIC driver is probed before the IMSIC driver, the parent MSI domain will be missing, which causes a NULL pointer dereference in msi_create_device_irq_domain(). Avoid this by deferring probe until the parent MSI domain is available. Use dev_err_probe() to avoid printing an error message when returning -EPROBE_DEFER. 2024-08-27irqchip/riscv-aplic: Add ACPI supportSunil V L
Add ACPI support in APLIC drivers. Use the mapping created early during boot to get the details about the APLIC. 2024-08-20irqchip/riscv-aplic: Fix an IS_ERR() vs NULL bug in probe()Dan Carpenter
The devm_platform_ioremap_resource() function doesn't return NULL, it returns error pointers. Fix the error handling to match. 2024-06-23irqchip/riscv-aplic: Simplify the initialization codeJinjie Ruan
The initialization code has an is_of_node() check and invokes to_of_node() for every of_property_*() invocation. to_of_node() has a is_of_node() check already, so simplify the code by invoking to_of_node() and checking that for NULL. If not NULL hand in the node pointer to of_property_*(). The same applies to of_property_*() which fails when invoked with a NULL node pointer. 2024-03-25irqchip/riscv-aplic: Add support for MSI-modeAnup Patel
The RISC-V advanced platform-level interrupt controller (APLIC) has two modes of operation: 1) Direct mode and 2) MSI mode. (For more details, refer https://github.com/riscv/riscv-aia) In APLIC MSI-mode, wired interrupts are forwared as message signaled interrupts (MSIs) to CPUs via IMSIC. Extend the existing APLIC irqchip driver to support MSI-mode for RISC-V platforms having both wired interrupts and MSIs. 2024-03-25irqchip: Add RISC-V advanced PLIC driver for direct-modeAnup Patel
The RISC-V advanced interrupt architecture (AIA) specification defines advanced platform-level interrupt controller (APLIC) which has two modes of operation: 1) Direct mode and 2) MSI mode. (For more details, refer https://github.com/riscv/riscv-aia) In APLIC direct-mode, wired interrupts are forwared to CPUs (or HARTs) as a local external interrupt. Add a platform irqchip driver for the RISC-V APLIC direct-mode to support RISC-V platforms having only wired interrupts.
