The current measured frame rate is 59.95Hz, which does not meet the
requirements of touch-stylus and stylus cannot work normally. After
adjustment, the actual measurement is 60.001Hz. Now this panel looks
like it's only used by me on the MTK platform, so let's change this
set of parameters.

The refresh reported by modetest is 60.46Hz, and the actual measurement
is 60.01Hz, which is outside the expected tolerance. Adjust hporch and
pixel clock to fix it. After repair, modetest and actual measurement were
all 60.01Hz.
Modetest refresh = Pixel CLK/ htotal* vtotal, but measurement frame rate
is HS->LP cycle time(Vblanking). Measured frame rate is not only affecte
by Htotal/Vtotal/pixel clock, also affected by Lane-num/PixelBit/LineTime
/DSI CLK. Assume that the DSI controller could not make the mode that we
requested(presumably it's PLL couldn't generate the exact pixel clock?).
If you use a different DSI controller, you may need to readjust these
parameters. Now this panel looks like it's only used by me on the MTK
platform, so let's change this set of parameters.

The Starry ILI9882t-based panel should never have been part of the boe
tv101wum driver, it is clearly based on the Ilitek ILI9882t display
controller and if you look at the custom command sequences for the
panel these clearly contain the signature Ilitek page switch (0xff)
commands. The hardware has nothing in common with the other panels
supported by this driver.
Break this out into a separate driver and config symbol instead.
If the placement here is out of convenience for using similar code,
we should consider creating a helper library instead.

The sta_himax83102 panel sometimes shows abnormally flickering
horizontal lines. The front gate output will precharge the X point of
the next pole circuit before TP(TouchPanel Enable) term starts, and wait
until the end of the TP term to resume the CLK. For this reason, the X
point must be maintained during the TP term. In abnormal case, we
measured a slight leakage at point X. This because during the TP term,
the GPW does not fully pull the VGL low, causing the TFT to not be
closed tightly.
To fix this, we completely pull GPW to VGL before entering the TP term.
This will ensure that the TFT is closed tightly and prevent the abnormal
display.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

There is a problem of screen shake on the old panel. So increase the
panel GOP component pull-down circuit size in hardware, and update the
initialization code at the same time. The new initialization code mainly
modifles the following.
a)adjusted for GOP timing. When Display sleep in, raise all GOP signals
to VGHO and then drop to GND.
b)Increased the Vertical back Porch and Vertical pulse width, so need to

to set the panel into sleep mode. Performing those writes in the
unprepare phase of bridge ops is too late, because the link has already
been torn down by the DSI controller in post_disable, i.e. the PHY has
been disabled, etc. See dsi_mgr_bridge_post_disable() for more details
on the DSI .
Split the unprepare function into a disable part and an unprepare part.
For now, just the DSI writes to enter sleep mode are put in the disable
function. This fixes the panel off routine and keeps the panel happy.
My Wormdingler has an integrated touchscreen that stops responding to
touch if the panel is only half disabled too. This patch fixes it. And
finally, this saves power when the screen is off because without this
fix the regulators for the panel are left enabled when nothing is being
displayed on the screen.

All implementations return 0 and the return value of mipi_dsi_drv_remove()
is ignored anyhow.
So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour.

Support for these two panels fits in nicely with the existing
panel-boe-tv101wum-nl6 driver as suggested by Sam [1].
This is an incell IC, TDDI use time division multiplexing.
Init code effect touch sensing. The main things
we needed to handle were:
a) These panels need slightly longer delays in two places. Since these
new delays aren't much longer, let's just unconditionally increase
them for the driver.
b) These panel use video BURST mode

The auo,b101uan08.3 panel (already supported by this driver) has
a 3.3V rail that needs to be turned on. For previous users of
this panel this voltage was directly output by pmic. On a new
user (the not-yet-upstream sc7180-trogdor-mrbland board) we need
to turn the 3.3V rail on. Add support in the driver for this.

- Fix __MODE() macro in ch7006_mode.c
- Fix DRM_MODE_ARG() macro in drm_modes.h
