sphinx: a basic working configuration with several template files
This is a basic setup to demonstrate how the sphinx build can work. I've
taken a few template files at semi-random, making a distinction between
those that need docproc preprocessing and those that can be dealt with
directly. HTML output works, as does EPUB. PDF works if rst2pdf doesn't
crash, but there are issues there still. Man page output will require more
work.
