fs/ufs: convert printk to pr_foo()
Use current logging functions.
- no level printk under CONFIG_UFS_DEBUG converted to pr_debug
- no level printk elsewhere converted to pr_err
- add DDEBUG flag in Makefile
- coalesce formats
