[PATCH] USB: remove __init from usb_console_setup
This prevents an Oops if booted with "console=ttyUSB0" but without a USB-serial dongle, and plugged one in afterwards. Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>
