Revert "drm/etnaviv: export client GPU usage statistics via fdinfo"

This reverts commit 97804a133c68, as it builds on top of df622729ddbf
("drm/scheduler: track GPU active time per entity") which needs to be
reverted, as it introduces a use-after-free.
