hugetlbfs: add Kconfig help text
In kernel bugzilla #6248 (http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6248),
Adrian Bunk <bunk@stusta.de> notes that CONFIG_HUGETLBFS is missing Kconfig
help text.
