assoc_array: move gc's folding into a function of its own
assoc_array_gc() is close to 300 lines with eleven gotos. It copies the
tree depth first, without recursion, and packs each node's copy on the
way back up; the copying, the walk and the packing are all written out
in one function, joined by five labels.
Start taking it apart with the folding of children into a finished
copy, the code after the retry_compress label, which becomes
assoc_array_gc_fold() and keeps its label and its goto.
No functional change.
