Various functions are only used within the sunrpc module, and several
are only use in the one file. So clean up:

These are marked static, and any EXPORT is removed.
  svc_rcpb_setup()
  svc_rqst_alloc()
  svc_rqst_free() - also moved before first use
  svc_rpcbind_set_version()
  svc_drop() - also moved to svc.c

These are now not EXPORTed, but are not static.
  svc_authenticate()
  svc_sock_update_bufs()

<title>Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones: NFS, SUNRPC, and LOCKD clients</title>

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
          If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
          return 200 OK and serve the same content:
            Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

The domain table should be empty at module unload. If it isn't there is
a bug somewhere. So check and report.

<title>SUNRPC: Teach server to use xprt_sock_sendmsg for socket sends</title>

xprt_sock_sendmsg uses the more efficient iov_iter-enabled kernel
socket API, and is a pre-requisite for server send-side support for
TLS.

Note that svc_process no longer needs to reserve a word for the
stream record marker, since the TCP transport now provides the
record marker automatically in a separate buffer.

The dprintk() in svc_send_common is also removed. It didn't seem
crucial for field troubleshooting. If more is needed there, a trace
point could be added in xprt_sock_sendmsg().

RPC-over-RDMA version 1 credit accounting relies on there being a
response message for every RPC Call. This means that RPC procedures
that have no reply will disrupt credit accounting, just in the same
way as a retransmit would (since it is sent because no reply has
arrived). Deal with the "no reply" case the same way.

If an incoming NFS request is coming from the local host, then
nfsd will need to perform some special handling. So detect that
possibility and make the source visible in rq_local.

<title>SUNRPC: subscribe RPC clients to pipefs notifications</title>

This patch subscribes RPC clients to RPC pipefs notifications. RPC clients
notifier block is registering with pipefs initialization during SUNRPC module
init.
This notifier callback is responsible for RPC client PipeFS directory and GSS
pipes creation. For pipes creation and destruction two additional callbacks
were added to struct rpc_authops.
Note that no locking required in notifier callback because PipeFS superblock
pointer is passed as an argument from it's creation or destruction routine and
thus we can be sure about it's validity.

When the call direction is a reply, copy the xid and call direction into the
req-&gt;rq_private_buf.head[0].iov_base otherwise rpc_verify_header returns
