Some display controllers can be hardware programmed to show non-black
colors for pixels that are either not covered by any plane or are
exposed through transparent regions of higher planes. This feature can
help reduce memory bandwidth usage, e.g. in compositors managing a UI
with a solid background color while using smaller planes to render the
remaining content.

To support this capability, introduce the BACKGROUND_COLOR standard DRM
mode property, which can be attached to a CRTC through the
drm_crtc_attach_background_color_property() helper function.

Additionally, define a 64-bit ARGB format value to be built with the
help of a couple of dedicated DRM_ARGB64_PREP*() helpers. Individual
color components can be extracted with desired precision using the
corresponding DRM_ARGB64_GET*() macros.

Introduce a new crtc property "SHARPNESS_STRENGTH" that allows
the user to set the intensity so as to get the sharpness effect.
The value of this property can be set from 0-255.
It is useful in scenario when the output is blurry and user
want to sharpen the pixels. User can increase/decrease the
sharpness level depending on the content displayed.

v2: Rename crtc property variable [Arun]
Add modeset detail in uapi doc[Uma]
v3: Fix build issue
v4: Modify the subject line[Ankit]

The no_vblank field in drm_crtc_state is defined as a bit-field with a
single bit.

This will create a syntax issue with the macros we'll introduce next,
and most other booleans but the *_changed ones in drm_crtc_state do not
use a bit field anyway.

Let's drop it.

The DRM-managed function to register a CRTC is
drmm_crtc_alloc_with_planes(), which will allocate the underlying
structure and initialisation the CRTC.

However, we might want to separate the structure creation and the CRTC
initialisation, for example if the structure is shared across multiple
DRM entities, for example an encoder and a connector.

Let's create an helper to only initialise a CRTC that would be passed as
an argument.
