The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to
drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall.

This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by
Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago.

There are a number of statements of the form A, B or A, B, C where
the numbers A,B,C are not consecutive. However, referencing [1] it
is the correct thing to replace these with A-B or A-C as apropriate.

During kernel build process, the following warning was found:

WARNING: drivers/serial/built-in.o(.data+0x304): Section mismatch in reference from
the variable s3c2440_serial_drv to the function .devexit.text:s3c24xx_serial_remove()
The variable s3c2440_serial_drv references the function __devexit s3c24xx_serial_remove()
If the reference is valid then annotate the variable with
__exit* (see linux/init.h) or name the variable:
*driver, *_template, *_timer, *_sht, *_ops, *_probe, *_probe_one, *_console,

The same warning happened for s3c241x platform. We rename variables to avoid
these warnings. These changes also apply to s3c2400 & s3c24a0 for consistency.

Mark the remove function as __devexit so it gets eliminated in
CONFIG_HOTPLUG=n builds. Saves ~100 bytes.

First move of items out of include/asm-arm/plat-s3c* to their
new homes under arch/arm/plat-s3c/include/plat and
arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/include/plat directories.

Note, we have to create a dummy arch/arm/plat-s3c/Makefile to
allow us to add arch/arm/plat-s3c/include/plat to the path.

Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h.
Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h,
update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove
asm/hardware.h.

The S3C2410 serial driver in drivers/serial/s3c2410.c has been
growing bigger with the addition of more variants of this hardware
with the growing Samsung SoCs range. As such, it would be
easier to split this code up into a core and per-cpu drivers to
make driver addition easier, and the core smaller.

Add attribute to show the current clock source for the serial
driver and remove old and annoying debug output.

Note, this only currently shows the current source with a
"* " prefix to indicate that it is the current source. Future
code will list all the clock sources, with the non-selected
one with " " prefix.

The original driver had an MODULE_LICENSE statement for GPL,
but no explict license in the header of the file. To make
this more explicit, and since I am the original authour,
we will add a GPLv2 header.
