syzbot reported an memory leak that happens when an skb is add to
send_buff after virtual nci closed.
This patch adds a variable to track if the ndev is running before
handling new skb in send function.

This patch fixes the error checking in nfcsim.c.
The DebugFS kernel API is developed in
a way that the caller can safely ignore the errors that

After commit b8a1a4cd5a98 ("i2c: Provide a temporary .probe_new()
call-back type"), all drivers being converted to .probe_new() and then
03c835f498b5 ("i2c: Switch .probe() to not take an id parameter")
convert back to (the new) .probe() to be able to eventually drop
.probe_new() from struct i2c_driver.

nfcsim_debugfs_init_dev() warn: 'dev_dir' is an error pointer or valid

According to the documentation of the debugfs_create_dir() function,
there is no need to check the return value of this function.
Just delete the dead code.
