Tracing, if disabled at runtime, has very low overhead with
great returns on debugging. It therefore makes sense to have
it enabled by default (if the kernel enables EVENT_TRACING).

Conflicts:
	drivers/net/phy/amd-xgbe-phy.c
	drivers/net/wireless/iwlwifi/Kconfig
	include/net/mac80211.h

iwlwifi/Kconfig and mac80211.h were both trivial overlapping
changes.

The drivers/net/phy/amd-xgbe-phy.c file got removed in 'net-next' and
the bug fix that happened on the 'net' side is already integrated
into the rest of the amd-xgbe driver.

3165 really needs to load iwlwifi-7265D-13.ucode. This
device is supported starting from -13.ucode, update the
MIN and OK defines accordingly. While at it, add 3165 to
the device list in the Kconfig file.

The lists of the devices supported by either MVM or DVM
firmwares was incomplete. Point to

iwlwifi features a debug mechanism that allows to dump
binary data which is helpful to debug the firmware.
Until now, this data was made available for the userspace
through debugfs. For this exact purpose, devcoredump was
created. Move to the new infrastructure.

With a significant number of deployed APs, enabling uAPSD leads to the
AP never using aggregation sessions (likely due to the complexities
involved in handling uAPSD in those.) This obviously results in a large
drop in throughput with such APs.

On the other hand, uAPSD can result in some power consumption benefits,
but for now just disable it to get performance with affected APs back
up.

The CONFIG_IWLDVM and CONFIG_IWLMVM currently have a
"depends on m" as its requirement forcing it to be build
as module. This is not needed and thus just remove it.
