<title>net: remove mm.h inclusion from netdevice.h</title>

Remove linux/mm.h inclusion from netdevice.h -- it's unused (I've checked manually).

To prevent mm.h inclusion via other channels also extract "enum dma_data_direction"
definition into separate header. This tiny piece is what gluing netdevice.h with mm.h
via "netdevice.h =&gt; dmaengine.h =&gt; dma-mapping.h =&gt; scatterlist.h =&gt; mm.h".
Removal of mm.h from scatterlist.h was tried and was found not feasible
on most archs, so the link was cutoff earlier.

Hope people are OK with tiny include file.

Note, that mm_types.h is still dragged in, but it is a separate story.

This patch enables software (and phy device) time stamping. Software
time stamping using the SO_TIMESTAMPING API was tested and found to be
working on the LITE5200B board.

Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing.

Done via coccinelle scripts like:

@@
struct resource *ptr;
@@

- ptr-&gt;end - ptr-&gt;start + 1
+ resource_size(ptr)

and some grep and typing.

Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers.

Get rid of users of of_platform_driver in drivers/net. The
of_platform_{,un}register_driver functions are going away, so the
users need to be converted to using the platform_bus_type directly.

commit 1e4e0767ecb1 (Fix locking on fec_mpc52xx driver) assumed IRQ are
enabled when an IRQ handler is called.

It is not the case anymore (IRQF_DISABLED is deprecated), so we can use
regular spin_lock(), no need for spin_lock_irqsave().

<title>ethtool: Provide a default implementation of ethtool_ops::get_drvinfo</title>

The driver name and bus address for a net_device can normally be found
through the driver model now. Instead of requiring drivers to provide
this information redundantly through the ethtool_ops::get_drvinfo
operation, use the driver model to do so if the driver does not define
the operation. Since ETHTOOL_GDRVINFO no longer requires the driver
to implement any operations, do not require net_device::ethtool_ops to
be set either.

Remove implementations of get_drvinfo and ethtool_ops that provide
only this information.

of_device is just an alias for platform_device, so remove it entirely. Also
replace to_of_device() with to_platform_device() and update comment blocks.

This patch was initially generated from the following semantic patch, and then
edited by hand to pick up the bits that coccinelle didn't catch.
