Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look up. net: ks8851: Make ks8851_remove_common() return void

Up to now ks8851_remove_common() returns zero unconditionally. Make it return void instead which makes it easier to see in the callers that there is no error to handle. This big patch sprinkles const on local variables and function arguments which may refer to netdev->dev_addr. Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all the writes to it got through appropriate helpers. Some of the changes here are not strictly required - const is sometimes cast off but pointer is not used for writing. It seems like it's still better to add the const in case the code changes later or relevant -W flags get enabled for the build. No functional changes. Convert all Ethernet drivers from memcpy(... dev->addr_len) to eth_hw_addr_set(): @@ expression dev, np; @@ - memcpy(dev->dev_addr, np, dev->addr_len) + eth_hw_addr_set(dev, np) In theory addr_len may not be ETH_ALEN, but we don't expect non-Ethernet devices to live under this directory, and only the following cases of setting addr_len exist: - cxgb4 for mgmt device, and the drivers which set it to ETH_ALEN: s2io, mlx4, vxge. An object file cannot be built for both loadable module and built-in use at the same time: arm-linux-gnueabi-ld: drivers/net/ethernet/micrel/ks8851_common.o: in function `ks8851_probe_common': ks8851_common.c:(.text+0xf80): undefined reference to `__this_module' Change the ks8851_common code to be a standalone module instead, and use Makefile logic to ensure this is built-in if at least one of its two users is. dev_ioctl: split out ndo_eth_ioctl

Most users of ndo_do_ioctl are ethernet drivers that implement the MII commands SIOCGMIIPHY/SIOCGMIIREG/SIOCSMIIREG, or hardware timestamping with SIOCSHWTSTAMP/SIOCGHWTSTAMP. Separate these from the few drivers that use ndo_do_ioctl to implement SIOCBOND, SIOCBR and SIOCWANDEV commands. This is a purely cosmetic change intended to help readers find their way through the implementation. Some micrel devices share the same PHY register defines. This patch moves them to one common header so other drivers can reuse them. And reuse generic MII_* defines where possible.
