Use a dedicated "mmio-sram" node and the generic allocator
instead of open-coding SRAM allocation for DMA rings.
Keep support for legacy device trees but notify the user via a
warning to update, and let the ethernet driver create the
gen_pool in this case.

The airoha_eth driver has no codebase shared with mtk_eth_soc one.
Moreover, the upcoming features (flowtable hw offloading, PCS, ..) will
not reuse any code from MediaTek driver. Move the Airoha driver in a
dedicated folder.

Add airoha_eth driver in order to introduce ethernet support for
Airoha EN7581 SoC available on EN7581 development board (en7581-evb).
EN7581 mac controller is mainly composed by the Frame Engine (PSE+PPE)
and QoS-DMA (QDMA) modules. FE is used for traffic offloading (just
basic functionalities are currently supported) while QDMA is used for
DMA operations and QOS functionalities between the mac layer and the
external modules conncted to the FE GDM ports (e.g MT7530 DSA switch
or external phys).
A general overview of airoha_eth architecture is reported below:

Now that we got a PCS driver, use it and remove the now redundant
PCS code and it's header macros from the Ethernet driver.

The Wireless Ethernet Dispatch subsystem on the MT7622 SoC can be
configured to intercept and handle access to the DMA queues and
PCIe interrupts for a MT7615/MT7915 wireless card.
It can manage the internal WDMA (Wireless DMA) controller, which allows
ethernet packets to be passed from the packet switch engine (PSE) to the
wireless card, bypassing the CPU entirely.
This can be used to implement hardware flow offloading from ethernet to
WLAN.
