This is another one that makes sense to target for obsolescence, since
it (a)appeared pre-1995, and (b)was rather rare, and (c)did not
really have any statistically significant active linux user base.

Removing this ISA 10Mbit driver support is unlikely to be even noticed
by the user base of 3.9+ linux kernels, especially when the documentation
clearly indicates the vintage with this text:

"...designed to work with all kernels &gt; 1.1.33"

Use strlcpy where possible to ensure the string is \0 terminated.
Use always sizeof(string) instead of 32, ETHTOOL_BUSINFO_LEN
and custom defines.
Use snprintf instead of sprint.
Remove unnecessary inits of -&gt;fw_version
Remove unnecessary inits of drvinfo struct.

Remove an outdated comment, that should have been removed in the
patch named "MODULE_PARM conversions" from early 2005.

<title>ewrk3: silence GCC warning</title>

Building ewrk3.o triggers this GCC warning:
    drivers/net/ethernet/dec/ewrk3.c: In function '__check_irq':
drivers/net/ethernet/dec/ewrk3.c:1915:1: warning: return from incompatible pointer type [enabled by default]

This can be trivially fixed by changing the 'irq' parameter from int to
byte (which is an alias for unsigned char for module parameters).

Use the new bool function ether_addr_equal to add
some clarity and reduce the likelihood for misuse
of compare_ether_addr for sorting.

Done via cocci script:

Move the DEC - Tulip driver into drivers/net/ethernet/dec/tulip/
and make the necessary Kconfig and Makefile changes.

The Digital Equioment (DEC) driver ewrk3 was moved into
drivers/net/ethernet/dec/ and the remaining drivers (Tulip)
were moved into drivers/net/ethernet/dec/tulip/
